I saw Robert E Simon walk in to the Cafe Monmarte in Reston as I was having lunch with Stowe Boyd. Stowe Boyd is a Reston Veteran and knows everybody. He pointed me to Robert E Simon and I went over and asked him if I could take a picture. He was very gracious and asked if he should take off his cap. He is one of the people in this world who carefully planned and made their dreams come true.
