Remembering 2009 in pictures

The year started off with this bus ride where I made a lot of friends including Bob London @londonink and Cheryl Dickenson pictured here. Elizabeth Shea @eliz2shea of SpeakerboxPR was another organizer I had the good fortune to meet. Kim Hart @khart at that time with the Washington Post used my photos making it the first time that I got a mention in the Washington Post.

I broke the news of Anil Dash's announcing Six Apart's plugins for Word Press at Word Camp Mid-atlantic

Visiting the State Department for the National Small Business event was for me next to visiting the White House. Thanks Ken Yancey of SCORE.

The first time I blogged from a Virgin Atlantic Flight from above 35k ft above the ground joining a different Mile High Club.

Receiving the Golden Quill Award from IABC for Network Solutions' Social Media efforts was a proud moment.

I thought of myself as a great photographer with this picture and about 35 people noticed but no one commented. :(

Did I really meet Hizzoner ?

Meeting the Terra Cotta Warriors even though not in flesh was another exciting moment. Check out the exhibition in the National Geographic Museum.
