Jet2 Uses Adobe Agents to Customize Offers for 10 Million Holidaymakers

Applications
A travel agent who knows the family writes a better offer than a brochure. That person cannot cover ten million myJet2 accounts. On September 22 Adobe and Jet2 signed a multi-year deal so Jet2 teams can produce those offers and daily itinerary ideas with CX Enterprise Coworker and Firefly Foundry.

The time worth watching is the loop between the people who write holiday pages and the people who own the booking.

A good travel agent remembers the last hotel and the ages of the children. That knowledge lives in one person. Customizing offers at mass-market scale is a well researched problem, and travel makes it harder because the inventory changes every week. Jet2 calls itself the United Kingdom's largest tour operator and its third-largest airline. On September 22 it announced a multi-year partnership with Adobe that puts CX Enterprise Coworker, Firefly Foundry, and Brand Intelligence on the myJet2 file, and opens a Jet2 x Adobe Customer Experience Lab with Adobe engineers sitting next to Jet2 digital, customer, and technology teams (Adobe and Jet2, 2026).

Adobe made Coworker generally available in June as the agent layer inside CX Enterprise. Jet2 staff are meant to use it to build offers from travel preferences and booking history. One household gets family resort ideas. Another gets a city break. People who have already flown can get daily itinerary suggestions for the days they are on the ground. Adobe says Jet2 will keep one view of each myJet2 customer and send those offers through the channels the system supports at the point in the trip when they still matter.

Firefly Foundry is meant to cut the handoff

The hours I expect Jet2 to get back sit between creative and booking. Copy and images go back and forth until the page matches both the rooms on sale and the Jet2 look. Firefly Foundry trains custom models on Jet2 brand files and approved content. Brand Intelligence checks that the output stays inside those rules. If that loop shortens, marketing can answer a new destination or a sudden change in demand without a full creative cycle. Adobe also says it will help Jet2 shape pages so large language model search tools can find the brand when people plan a trip in ChatGPT or Gemini.

I sit in Adobe briefings. They are well organized. The leaders run the session and leave enough time for questions. That is how I have watched Coworker move from the April Summit architecture into named customer programs. Jet2 is the first travel operator Adobe has put on that list in public. I wrote in September that Anil Chakravarthy takes the chief executive job on December 1 after running Customer Experience Orchestration, and in April I covered Coworker when it was still an architecture with early accounts (Adobe Hands Chakravarthy One Billion Users and a Second Reinvention; Adobe Built an AI Coworker).

Matching a customer to a holiday from past trips is the first lab job. That work either becomes a weekly Jet2 service or it stays a pilot.

The lab has one first job

Adobe and Jet2 named that job in the release: match customers to holidays from preferences and travel history. A strong agent already does this for a handful of families. Coworker and the engineers on site have to do it for the loyalty file without writing a brochure that guessed the children's ages. Adobe is taking the same time-saving customer experience software into another vertical here. I want to see whether the holidaymaker gets a better offer, and whether creative and booking stop passing the same page for a week.

Ask the vendor for one offer built from booking history, and for the hours creative and inventory spent on the last holiday page.
CIO / CTO question
Score the first season on two things. Would a human agent have written that offer. How long did the booking record take to become a page or a message. Price and a go-live date were not in the September 22 text. Do not score the partnership announcement.
