This is a amazing example of a spontaneous system that is scientific and created by the brilliance of the human brain whether you are educated or not. The benchmark here is that you focus on the service you want to provide and do what is logical leading to excellent service. I am not sure any multinational courier company can be as efficient as these 5k Dabbawalas coming together by necessity and commnality of goals.
